These terms govern use of the CrewSheets web and mobile applications (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service through an account provided by your employer or another organization, that organization's agreement with us also applies and controls where it differs.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you submit and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify your administrator or us promptly of any unauthorized use. Accounts are provisioned and controlled by the subscribing organization, which may access, modify, or remove accounts and records.
Records created in the Service belong to the subscribing organization. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features may change as the Service evolves.
The Service, including its software and design, is owned by the Service operator and its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are conveyed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Service operator is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.
We may update these terms; updates are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
